Hair Loss Vitamins



Like any other organ in your body, your hair needs certain vitamins in order to remain healthy and be able to reproduce new hair follicles to replaces those that die and fall out.

Medical research has determined that there are a particular group of hair growth vitamins that provide the best results. Chief among them are a group known as the "B Vitamins" which include vitamin B3,B5, B6, and folic acid.

Another of the hair growth vitamins is Vitamin A but it should only be taken in moderation as too much of it will actually hair loss to occur.

Vitamin C has been found to increase blood circulation throughout the body including the capillaries which feed hair follicles.

Vitamin E has also been identified as an essential member of the hair growth vitamins family because it also stimulates blood circulation as well as increases the supply of oxygen to the blood.

There are other vitamins and minerals that your body requires to function, and many of these are also beneficial to your hair as well. However, the hair growth vitamins mentioned in this article are absolutely essential and should be added to your diet if you do not have any medical condition that prohibits their use. Always follow label instructions. Too high of a dosage of any vitamin can have harmful effects.
